Easy Sausage Creole

1 lb Shrimp (cleaned and cooked)
1 lb Sausage Links, Sliced (mild Italian or smoked)
15oz Can Petite Diced Tomatoes with Garlic and Basil
1 Jar Patti Labelle Creole Sav'ry Sauce
1 Green Pepper, Diced
Cooked Rice
Hot Sauce (optional)


Drain juice from tomatoes, set tomatoes aside. Cook sausage and green peppers in tomato juice over medium heat for 15 minutes or until sausage is completely cooked. Add Shrimp, Creole Sauce, and tomatoes; bring to a simmer for another 10 minutes until thoroughly heated. Add hot sauce to taste. Serve over a bed of rice. Sprinkle with minced, fresh cilantro for a festive, Mardi Gras presentation!
